As a first-of-its-kind trade promotion organization in Dubai and the UAE, Dubai Industries & Exports – Dubai IE-, the export promotion agency of Dubai Economy & Tourism, Government of Dubai, is developing long-term strategies to facilitate trade from Dubai and establish itself as a world-class manufacturing & export development and promotion body by creating an enabling environment for Dubai’s manufacturers & exporters.
Dubai IE has developed a range of value-added support services to UAE-based firms to grow their business and in turn increase the GDP of the nation, besides enhancing the network among UAE manufacturers, export supporters, as well as international buyers.
We are pleased to launch the updated version of the ‘UAE Exports & Industry Directory’ published in both English & Arabic and made available on both online and smart applications, as a source guide to UAE exporters. It is the first of its kind in the region, which uses the Harmonized System Code (HS Code), an international and scientific method of unifying the classification of goods for international trading.
The UAE products categorized using HS Codes in this directory, enable easy identification for local and international buyers to help source their requirements from UAE-based companies. The Directory covers 13 different industry sectors in the UAE, in addition to other service sectors such as banking, insurance, transportation and importers of industrial machinery & raw materials.
The ‘UAE Exports & Industry Directory’ will serve as the official industrial and economical reference for the industrial sector in the UAE as well as importers, regionally and internationally.
